When you request the investor deck, we collect the name, organization, and email address you submit, along with your confirmation of accredited investor status. Age verification is held in memory for your session only — no cookies or persistent identifiers are stored for the age gate.
How We Use It
Deck request information is used solely to deliver the investor package, to contact you regarding the raise, and to maintain a record of who has received confidential materials. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention & Access
Deck request records are retained for the duration of the fundraising process and as required for compliance purposes. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact intern@crucianfarms.io.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured infrastructure. The investor deck is not publicly linked and is served only after form submission.
