Why the US Virgin Islands
The USVI Economic Development Commission grants qualifying non-cannabis entities a
90% income-tax reduction, a 100% gross receipts and excise tax exemption, and a 1%
customs duty. The regulated licence anchors a capped local market while the adjacent
verticals carry advantages the licensed entity is not itself eligible to hold.
